Playbooks
What it does
Trigger-action rules for inbound messages. When a message matches a pattern, the assistant can auto-respond, draft a reply, or notify you.
Setup
None beyond the inbound channel.
Permissions
- Each playbook inherits the permissions of the actions it runs.
- Sends still need approval unless you write a trust rule.
Common prompts
| You say | What happens |
|---|---|
| “Create a playbook: when someone emails about pricing, draft a reply with our rate card” | Draft-on-match rule |
| “If I get a Slack DM with urgent, notify me on Telegram” | Cross-channel notify |
| “Show me my active playbooks” | Lists rules |
| “Disable the pricing email playbook” | Pauses a rule |
Configuration
- Actions: auto, draft, or notify.
- Scope per channel. Priority decides which rule fires first when several match.
