What it does
Imports conversation history from a ChatGPT export ZIP into this assistant so those threads live here.
Setup
In ChatGPT: Settings, Data controls, Export data. Upload the ZIP to the assistant. Only the official ZIP is accepted.
Permissions
- File access to read the ZIP.

Tips
- Re-import skips conversations already imported.
- Only user and assistant messages come across. System prompts and tool calls are filtered out.
